Cancellation Policy
As an online member of Cornetta’s Golf Supreme Golf Swing you have the right to cancel at any time. You may cancel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the phone (858-674-6211) or by e-mail (info@cornettasgolf.com); however, you must receive a confirmation email from a Cornetta’s Golf representative for cancellation to be valid. Non-use of membership or website will not achieve cancellation or refund of your membership. In case of non-payment for agreed membership, Cornetta’s Golf has the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend your membership immediately without notification. The agreed membership terms and rates would be null and void, should your membership be canceled or terminated for any reason. It is the member’s responsibility to update Cornetta’s Golf of any payment information to avoid the termination of this membership for non-payment. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 12-month billing period, and your membership will remain valid until then. If you have taken advantage of our annual auto renewal program, your membership will automatically be renewed, and your credit card will be charged, on the annual anniversary of your membership. You may cancel your annual auto renewal membership anytime prior to the renewal date and no additional charges will appear on your credit card. You will still have access to the website and full membership privileges until your current 12-month membership expires.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your Cornetta’s Golf Supreme Golf Swing online membership at any time. However, there are no refunds for any time period (or portions thereof) already billed and paid for. Once you have renewed and paid for your annual membership, you have access to the website and full membership privileges until your current 12-month membership expires. Non-use of membership or website will not achieve cancellation of membership, nor does it entitle the member to a refund of any portion of unused time or services. Our memberships are non-refundable, except in the event of fraudulent or unauthorized usage of your credit card. Please contact us immediately if this occurs. Memberships are non-transferable. The member is responsible for obtaining all login and user information sent to the email provided on member’s registration card. This information is necessary to use the web site, and Cornetta’s Golf is not responsible for member receiving or retaining login and user information. However, you may contact Cornetta’s Golf at any time for assistance. If we receive a charge back notification from your bank or credit card company we will fully cooperate with their request to provide documentation of your purchase of the Cornetta’s Golf Supreme Golf Swing online membership. Such documentation of your purchase, as requested by your bank or credit card company, may include your name, address, email address, phone number, last four digits of card used to enroll in program, type of card used, and expiration date. We will also provide proof of your signed membership agreement.
