Supreme Golf Swing Students enrolled in AUTO RENEW must suspend or cancel before your due date. Please read your signed enrollment form with your credit or debit card number. If you selected the lower annual price option with Auto Renew the student will be charged according to your selection. If your initial enrollemnt fee was $299 or more then you are not in the Auto Renew program. If your initial fee was $199 or less per student, check your signed enrollment form. In the description box, you will see Auto Renewal, and your choice-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual, or Annual. If you have lost your signed slip, contact us, and we will mail you a copy. Supreme Golf Swing students with a cancellation confirmation number prior to renewal date or was never enrolled in the Auto Renew program will receive a full refund plus any golf club of your choice (up to $200 value) and complimentary lifetime access to all Supreme Golf Swing Lessons with Video Swing Analysis, and my apology(honored when handled in house and there is no bank chargeback-this offer is void when a bank chargeback is applied).
