A great way to create more power in our golf swing is generate torque in the legs. For a right handed golfer, place a golf club on the ground, and place the outside of the right foot on the grip thus keeping the pressure on the inside of the right foot. From here make a slow motion backswing. Notice at the top of the backswing in the pressure is still inside the right leg. this simple drill creates leg power for the downswing. Watch the distance increase thus making the golf course play shorter and easier.
