The downswing must begin with the lower body. Millions of golfers start the downswing with the upper body and wonder why power and direction are lacking. Every good player starts the downswing with the lower body(hips thighs calves and feet). This elusive simple movement is unnatural, however can be learned by anyone. How about you?

Recreational golfers are full of errors which have been developed into habit patterns.If a golfer knew what the errors were they would fix the error. When golfers hit poor shots the mind will invent a reason for the failure. The reason is rarely if ever the truth because the golfer does not know why their golf swing habits only work once in a while and will never be consistent.

Supreme Golf Seing Seminar. Identify why trial and error learning under stress with habit patterns already formed is futile. Am I an arm swinger, arm and leg player, or a Power Leg Player with the upper body in extreme relaxation. Why physical skills must be done without thinking? What is the secret to total fluid motion? How do I change habit patterns permanently? It doesn't matter if we learn it matters what we learn. Lesson Plan vs Trial & Error! Hit a good shot with bad swing habits is the worst thing.

Trial and error golf lessons and golf schools while hitting balls is not the learning environment. When serving in the Marine Corps I learned to shoot without bullets and I learned quickly. This principal has now been applied to the golf swing. Relaxation Slow Motion at home in front of the mirror with a lesson plan and the student memorizes the movements quickly and permanently. Like Tai Chi or Yoga movements.

When a golfer practices correct fundamentals in a relaxed state the amazing happens. If we do not practice correct fundamentals we will practice something else. If we improve a little each week permanently, what does that mean over time?
