The Supreme Golf Swing™ online lesson plan should be done in relaxation, slow motion, and isolation out of stress at least 10-15 minutes per day in front of a mirror (Tai Chi or Yoga). The Supreme Golf Swing  lesson plan must be done in sequence. Each Supreme Golf Swing Lesson contains 2 instructional videos, intro and practical application. Your golf swing fundamentals will improve week by week until we reach our full potential. Remember, if we do not practice corrcet fundamentals we will practice something else. Always check with your doctor before begining any physical training.
